- Trinidad and Tobago's first match was in 1905 when they beat British Guiana 4-1. They have won the Caribbean Cup a record eight times and qualified for their only World Cup in 2006 in England's group. The game was won by England 2-0. Since then the only other match was a friendly in 2008.
