Billy Foulke (12th April 1874 - 1st May 1916) was an international footballer who represented England 1 time scoring 0 goals. His only cap was against Wales on 29th March 1897 at the age of 22. Foulke, born on 12th April 1874, in Old Park Dawley, Shropshire, has a FA Legacy Number of 234 and played as a Goalkeeper for his country.
