Tom Marshall (12th September 1858 - 29th April 1917) was an international footballer who represented England 2 times scoring 0 goals. His first cap was against Wales on 15th March 1880 at 21 years old, and his last was vs Wales on 26th February 1881 aged 22. Marshall, born on 12th September 1858, in Withnell, Lancashire, has a FA Legacy Number of 77 and played as a Outside Right for his country.

Marshall joined Darwen in 1878 and played for the Lancashire team for eight seasons. Afterwards he had a short spell at Blackburn Olympic. Professionally Marshall worked in a cotton mill.
